Returns and Refunds

Not quite what you were after? Don't worry, returns are easy!

In-store Purchases | Refund or Exchange

  1. Take your item(s) to a Vialli store in the same country where you made the purchase from. Please note the store must stock the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store and not via post/courier.
  3. Change of mind
    If you change your mind about the product(s) you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product(s) in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
  • Item(s) purchased must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with the proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached and in a saleable condition.
  • Underwear, socks perfumes and other personal items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift-cards, sale, clearance and second hand items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. For item(s) being exchanged, you will pay the difference if you are exchanging for an item that costs more, alternatively we will refund you for an exchanged item(s) that is of lesser value.

Faulty

If any item is faulty, or different from the sample shown in-store then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product provided the item(s) is returned within a reasonable time with the proof of purchase and is in a saleable condition.

Online Purchases | Store Returns and Exchanges

Free and most convenient. No paper work. No Hassles.

Simply return your order to any Crossover partner stores. Bring along your order confirmation you received when completing the online purchase. Please note the store must stock the item(s) you wish to return. Exchanges or returns will be subject to the following conditions:

  1. Exchanges for a different size on an item(s) may be made in-store.
  2. The item(s) that you wish to exchange for a different one will either be in equal value, or a difference will be paid by you in-store when initiating the exchange. Alternatively, a refund will not be given on an item(s) that is of lesser value.
  3. Refunds are not given in-store for purchases made online. You will need to contact the online support team for a refund to be processed.

  4. Our payment merchant used at checkout when completing your online purchase will be in contact via e-mail requesting verification of your South African banking details to initiate the refund.
  5. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to be processed and completed (depending on your bank).

Online Returns | Refund or Exchange

Please email us at support@cruyff.co.za for more info and to assist you in processing the return and collection. We will not accept any returns without prior written communication. We will be happy to exchange or refund any product purchased from our online store subject to the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) purchased must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with the proof of purchase.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Item(s) returned will undergo a quality check to ensure that the item(s) received is in a saleable condition.
  3. Underwear, socks perfumes and other personal items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online purchases) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above. You are responsible for any courier costs associated with the return of the item to.

Cruyff will not be held responsible for the loss of parcels, should the customer not have provided the correct and full physical address and related contact details when placing the order.

Should we not be able to fulfil an order because an item is sold out, or for any other reason, we will notify you and you'll be entitled to a refund or exchange for that item(s). We cannot be held responsible if an order has become unavailable by the time you try to complete a purchase.
